The Antibacterial Activities of Shallot (Allium Cepa) and Garlic (Allium Sativum) Skin Extracts

Shallots (Allium cepa) and garlic sativum) are kind of the plants that widely planted distributed in Indonesia. While obtained from method 0.71% 0.47%, Both extracts identified its metabolite components qualitatively using phytochemical tests. claimed contained flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins tannins.
